Rivne: the company illegally carried out on Minin extraction of minerals of national significance
of law Enforcement bodies exposed and stopped illegal activity of private enterprise which during April-may 2016 illegally engaged in on-site Malinovskogo district mining of national importance, namely, vysokoskorostnoi light clay. This activity was conducted in the absence of special permission (license) to use subsoil without registration in the prescribed manner of documents certifying the right to land for needs related to subsoil use, and in the absence of the project and plan the development of mineral deposits. On the basis of evidence that confirm the involvement in the crime of the founder and Director of the company, the last Dubno the local Prosecutor's office reported about suspicion in Commission of the criminal offense provided by part 2 of article 240 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (illegal mining of national importance). After the completion of the investigation materials of criminal proceedings will be transferred shortly to the court, which will determine the fate of the suspect. For Commission of the specified crime the Criminal code of Ukraine punishment in the form of a fine or restriction of liberty for a term up to 3 years, or imprisonment for the same term.
