In execution of a decree on the statement of claim of the local Prosecutor's office of Lutsk in Volyn region in the past year, the decision of Lutsk city district court returned the citizen of Volyn regional state administration land and water about’object that is located outside the village of Boxes of Lutsk district. The lease of water about’object was Sadusky between the rural Council and a citizen in 2010 for a period of n’five years. At the end of the term of the contract the lessee land and water about’object with an area of about 30 hectares worth nearly 800 thousand UAH. is not returned, the rental fee for the use of them has not paid, which violated the terms of the contract.
