"PrivatBank" has officially become a member of "warm" loans. Thus, the number of banks participating in the program increased to four: in addition to Privat, the appropriate credits provide Ukrgasbank, Oschadbank and Ukreximbank. About it it became known according to results of weekly meetings with the chairmen of regional state administrations. "PrivatBank", which now also will be conducting "warm" credit, promises the best rate – 18% per annum. Also "PrivatBank" promises the opportunity to issue a warm loans online via the Internet and providing the opportunity to choose energy-efficient products on a special platform Privatpaket, which contains only verified suppliers. In Ternopil region from the beginning of the program the benefits of "warm-loans" used 5690 households, of which 3.5 thousand households in 2016. Leader in providing "warm loans" is the Kremenets district", - informed acting chief of management of housing and communal services Sophia twin. We will remind, recently the Government has extended the program "warm-lending" by providing for these purposes in 2017 400 million hryvnia. The money will be spent on partial compensation of loans of citizens, which will be decorated with the purpose of warming the house, Windows, counters, boilers and the like. The program "warm credits" provides for the payment of compensation in the amount of 20% of the loan amount for physical persons in case of purchase of boilers to alternative fuels, 35% – for individuals for individual housing insulation, 40% for condominiums and housing cooperatives (in the presence of grantees – from 40 to 70%).
