As reported by the Deputy head of the Department of infrastructure, transport and energy conservation Nicholas Michalski, in January-February 2017 consumers of region (population, budget organizations and institutions) have paid for the used natural gas at 121.2 %. In particular, the population (privileges and subsidies) paid to 125,3 %; budget institutions funded from local budgets for 61.2 %; state budget – 56,9 %. As has informed fulfilling duties of the head of the Department of housing and communal services Sophia Bliznyuk, in 2016 municipal heating enterprises of the region consumed 20.7 million kW.kWh of electricity in the amount of 44.1 million hryvnias, paid – 46.5 million hryvnias. The level of payment for the above period is of 105.4 %. The enterprises vodoprovodno-sewer economy – consumed 28.1 million kW.kWh of electricity in the amount of 66.4 million hryvnias, paid – 68.4 million hryvnia. The rate of pay is 102,9 %. Recall that families who are not subject to subsidies, have the ability to pay for heat in equal installments during the year.
