Tacso local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against a resident of Tyachiv district, who is accused of extortion and illegal circulation of the weapon (part 2 of article 189, part 1 of article 263 UK of Ukraine). Pre-trial investigation established that the accused in the period from July 2016 to January 2017, under the false pretext asked the villager the money in the amount of $ 1,000 for alleged improper repairs of the vehicle, threatening the victim with physical violence. The local Prosecutor's office together with Tyachiv police Department in the criminal proceedings conducted covert investigative (search) action in the form of control over the crime. During this unofficial event on 4 January 2017 at the time of receipt of the agreed amount of funds in the amount of $ 300 attacker arrested “hot” by the police. During the arrest the suspect also seized a short-barreled firearms - the gun of foreign production, which the latter kept and carried without lawful authority.
