In the Vinnytsia region for the principled position of the Prosecutor's office four people who produced psychotropic substances with intent,remanded in custody
court of Appeal of Vinnytsia region exercise judicial investigation against 4 persons who, acting in an organized group, in the city of Vinnytsia organized the activities of drug laboratories and for two years carried out production in especially large sizes for the purpose of sale of psychotropic substance – “Meth”. As we reported earlier, in October 2016 Vinnitsa city court these criminals were sentenced to real deprivation of liberty from 11 to 12 years with confiscation of property. Advocates of convicts filed the appeal for annulment and of a measure of restraint-detention. At the principled position of the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region court of appeal of all defendants remanded in custody. Currently, the trial is ongoing which is planned to conduct the questioning of witnesses and examination of evidence.
