In Vinnytsia oblast sentenced doctors who received illegal benefits
For the principled position Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region pronounced a sentence against the doctor-psychiatrist substance abuse office, the outpatient Department of one of regional hospitals on the grounds of criminal offenses under part 4 of article 354, part 2 of article 358 of the criminal code of Ukraine and the paramedic of the same medical institution on signs of the criminal offense under part 4 of article 354 of the criminal code of Ukraine. So, these individuals court verdict found guilty of that prior agreement is received from the citizen illegal benefit in the amount of 2 thousand hryvnia for the provision of the opinion of the medical examination on the state of alcoholic SP’intoxication with indication of false information. According to the verdict, criminals sentenced to a fine in the amount of 750 non-taxable minimum, which is almost 13 thousand hryvnias.
