In Zhytomyr region has in effect an Ordinance that defines a new mechanism of transfer of part of the excise tax to local budgets
To fulfill the requirements of the Budget code, the Government adopted the decision on the admission of part of the excise tax is 13.44% to the budgets of local governments were made in Ukraine, imported into the customs territory of Ukraine of fuel. Entered into force the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine ¹ 96 of February 8, 2017, "Some issues of the transfer of part of the excise tax from produced in Ukraine, imported into the customs territory of Ukraine of fuel in the budgets of local self-government." The document defines that the distribution of part of the excise tax on fuel between the local budgets in accordance with the proportion to be credited to local budgets will occur daily.
