Volyn region Prosecutor's office sent to court the indictment in criminal proceedings about the murder of 24-year-old resident of the village of zabolottia district Ratestogo his ex-wife and the attempted murder of her husband. The night of 16 December last year, previously convicted for committing intentional violent crimes young man, having drunk superfluous, after a telephone conversation with his ex-wife, who said she was married and not let him see their three children – 3 - and 2-year-old daughters and 1 year old son – decided to take revenge on the woman and her new husband. Arriving at 3am to bike to the village Huta, he kicked the door in and attacked with a knife on the owner of the home. Causing the sleeping male, not less than 8 blows to the head, neck and back, the attacker rushed to chase ex-wife, who woke up and started to run. To kill a woman in the house in front of the children prevented her husband, who still managed to defend seven'th, but fell and lost consciousness from the new stab wounds. His second victim of the killer caught in the street and repeatedly stabbed her in the chest. The woman died. The man, in spite of the many inflicted wounds, survived. The attacker, who was genuinely remorseful and actively contributed to the disclosure of the crime, is accused of illegal penetration into dwelling, complete with attempted murder and intentional homicide (criminal offenses provided by part 1 of article 162, part 2 of article 15, part 1 of article 115, paragraph 13 of part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine).
