Lutsk local prosecutors will seek more severe punishment for the culprit of the fatal accident
Lutsk the local Prosecutor's office will appeal against the sentence of Lutsk city district court that 42-year-old resident of the village of Krupa Lutsk district convicted for violation of the rules of road safety, which resulted in the death of the victim. Day 01 of December of last year, being in a state of alcoholic SP’intoxication behind the wheel of a car brand "Opel Combo" and moving on the highway in his native village in the direction of the village Yaroslavichi Malinovskogo district of Rivne region, a man is not lost control, left the roadway and collided his car with a roadside tree. In result of road accident the passenger of his car was killed. The court found a grief-the driver guilty of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and appointed him a sentence of 3 years imprisonment with deprivation of the right of management by vehicles for 3 years.
