Luck: "Fate is illuminated by the talent"
In the reading room of the library-branch ¹ 3 archival Department in conjunction with the library exhibition on the occasion of the 203rd anniversary of the birth of Taras Shevchenko called "Destiny by the talent." Taras Shevchenko – poet, artist, thinker, the ardent patriot of Ukraine. Shevchenko left us his invaluable spiritual heritage — works and light a good memory of himself. The exposition gives the possibility of using documentary heritage to see the little-known pages of life and activity of Taras Shevchenko, his spiritual values and ideological guidelines, people around the poet, images of his works and trace the influence of the poet on the development of Ukrainian culture. In particular, among the little-known documents on display exhibited a colored blueprint of metric entries in the books of the Church of St. John the theologian, s. morintsy, Zvenigorod district of the Kiev province of the birth of outstanding writer, copy lifetime photo of the poet, copies of original documents from the memory and copies of the drawings of the Great poet. The exhibition is located on the first floor of the library-branch ¹ 3 on the street, 1 in the city of Lutsk.
