In Vinnytsia region for 2 months 2017 the volume of wages of public sector employees increased by 52.5%
according to the Department of Finance of the regional state administration, during January-February of the current year accrued and actually paid) wages to employees of institutions funded from local budgets in the amount 861,7 mln. (including for February – 447,6 million UAH). The amount accrued and paid wages for 2 months of 2017 as a whole exceeds a similar indicator of last year by 52.5%, (565,0 million UAH). By the specified percentage has increased and the corresponding monthly indicator. Of this amount payments of the current year the salary of workers of educational institutions in January-February is 471,0 million UAH. (more than the corresponding period last year by 58.8%), medical institutions 236,9 mln. (this exceeds last year's figure of 44.7%), culture workers – 45.2 million. (58.6% more than 2 months of 2016), institutions of social protection – 29.1 million UAH. (increase to last year is 53.2%). The largest share of the regional wage Fund of local budget sphere wage workers of the education sector – 54,7% and health is 27.5%. The structure of earned wages the following: - until the minimum wage (up to 3200 UAH.) get 12.1 thousand of workers working part-time; - minimum wage is 3200 UAH. get almost 19.8 thousand workers of budgetary institutions; - from 3200 UAH. up to 4000 UAH. – 28.6 thousand employees; - from 4000 UAH. up to 5000 UAH. – 14.8 thousand employees; - salary of 5000 UAH. to 6000 UAH. get 9.5 thousand employees; over 6000 UAH. get 19.4 per thousand employees (18.6% of the total), of which 13.6 thousand (or 70%) – teachers and 3.3 million workers (17%) physicians. Overall wages, which exceeds the minimum guaranteed level of 3200 UAH. gets 72,3 thousand employees of institutions and establishments financed from local budgets or 69,4% of the total. So the results of the two-month operational monitoring give grounds to argue that both quantitative and qualitative indicators of the payment of wages in the budget sphere of the region in 2017, are sufficiently positive and significantly increased in comparison with indicators of the corresponding period of 2016. The trend of growth rates of wages in the dynamics is really optimistic. At the same time, also fully funded and all other protected articles of expenses: scholarships and other social payments, energy, food, medicines and other priority expenses of the establishments socially-cultural sphere.
