In the Ternopil region citizens with disabilities and injured participants of the ATO will be able to choose an institution for rehabilitation according to medical recommendations
the Government at its meeting approved the use of funds provided in the state budget to ensure that some categories of the disabled in sanatorium-resort vouchers, and made changes to the orders, approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 22 February 2006 No. 187 dated March 31 2015 No. 200. As you know, the Law of Ukraine on the State budget for the current year the Ministry of social policy include the requirement for the budget program "measures on social, labour and professional rehabilitation of disabled persons", which includes the direction of "Sanatorium-resort treatment of disabled persons" (by the Fund of social protection of the disabled), and "psychological rehabilitation and professional integration of participants of the antiterrorist operation and ensuring affected members of the antiterrorist operation of sanatorium-resort treatment" (by the State service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation). For the effective use of budgetary funds and to ensure free choice of health resort institutions in accordance with medical indications for persons with disabilities Ministry of social policy proposed to replace the existing system of procurement of sanatorium-resort services for reimbursement of the cost of services of sanatorium-resort treatment (voucher) the specified category of persons for cashless transfer of funds sanatorium institutions for services rendered on the basis of a tripartite agreement (person with disability - management - health). The government has supported this initiative by adopting a relevant resolution. According to the decision limiting the price to recover the cost of services of sanatorium-resort treatment will be determined annually by the Ministry in coordination with the Ministry of Finance. In the Ministry believe that this will contribute not only to effective use of budget funds, but also to improve the effective indicators in the sphere of sanatorium-resort treatment of invalids and veterans of war from among the injured participants of the ATO, because they will be given the opportunity to choose Spa treatment any institution of Ukraine according to medical indications. Similar changes were introduced in the Order of use of funds envisaged in the state budget to ensure affected members of the antiterrorist operation of sanatorium-resort treatment, approved by the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 31.03.2015 No. 200. In the Ministry also noted that the Government has already approved such a procedure for providing with sanatorium treatment of citizens affected by Chernobyl (CMU from 23.11.2016 No. 854).
