In the Rivne region, two residents of the city Zdolbunov who are involved in 24 episodes of criminal activity,is facing imprisonment up to 15 years
Zdolbunivskiy local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against two persons, who are accused of 24 episodes of criminal activity. Defendants are previously convicted 27-inch and 36-year-old residents of the city of Zdolbuniv. During a pretrial investigation it is established that in the period from 2015 to 2016 they have committed in the region the number of criminal acts, including numerous theft with penetration into the premises, some of which are made in large scale, illegal appropriation of means of transportation, possession of explosives and ammunition without lawful authority and possession of narcotic substances without sales objective (signs of the criminal offenses provided by part 2 of article 185, part 3 of article 185, part 4 of article 185, part 2 of article 289, part 1 St. 263, part 2 of article 309 criminal code of Ukraine). The actions of the criminals caused damage to victims for the sum about 900 thousand UAH. At the initiative of the local Prosecutor's office Zdolbuniv men remanded in custody. These persons can be punished with imprisonment up to 15 years.
