Stepan Barna: We are interested in the organization of the air route between Ternopil and Batumi
Chairman of regional state administration Stepan Barna March 9, met with representatives of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. "The purpose of our visit is to develop friendly relations between our regions. We are very interested in cooperation between higher education institutions. In particular, the Ministry of education of Adjara is funding a summer school in Batumi, which will organize the Batumi state University. This first summer school with participation of students of Ternopil national economic University. So your support for us means a lot", - the Deputy Minister of education, culture and sport of Ajara Autonomous Republic (Georgia) Mirian Katamadze. He also noted that representatives of Adjara plan to practice air route between Ternopil and Batumi. The Chairman of regional state administration Stepan Barna noted that the question best route between Batumi and Ternopol is very relevant. "Our Ternopol airport has a certificate, so we are interested in that route was just to our city. In addition, we have good experience in the field of education. We have 25 universities, as well as 50 thousand students. We offer to work out a complex of actions for the whole year", - said Stepan Barna. The head of the region invited the representatives of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara at the international investment forum, which is scheduled to hold on may 25 in Ternopil. "We are interested to present the potential of Ternopil region in Adjara, and to hold the Days of Ajara in the Ternopil region.
