The Chairman of the community said that it consists of the village of Ivanovka, Lavce, Hleschava and Sorotskaya, which are home to more than 4 thousand people, of which more than 3,5 thousand economically active. On the territory of the municipality operates 73 of the business entity, including 60 physical persons-entrepreneurs and legal persons, 13 of them market forming: POP Ivanovskoe, DAD, "topil'che". The local community actively cooperates with the regional employment center. For 2017 in the budget provided by 26.9 thousand for the organization and execution of public works. Natalia Kuts said that the services RCS in 2016 have used the 167 residents of the community, 69 of them are employed, 12 passed professional training, the 26 – participated in public works. Employers Ivanovo amalgamated community in 2016 filed in the employment service, more than 100 jobs, of which 87 completed, including 2 - of providing compensation to the employer in the amount of single social contribution. Natalia Kuts informed the heads of communities about the services and opportunities of the state employment service, discussed issues related to the creation of new jobs, prospects of development of infrastructure of territories of communities, social organization and other work of a temporary nature, the training of residents of the community, including with the assistance of the state employment service and the like. It was about the community problems and their solutions. During a conversation with the presidents of the communities were agreed joint action plans for 2017 and signed the cooperation agreement.
