In Vinnytsia region reported about suspicion in occupation of gambling
Two residents of the city. it is reported about suspicion of committing a crime under part 1 of article 203-2 of the criminal code, namely-occupation by a gaming. The indictment in the shortest terms will be directed to court. Recall that workers Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region together with employees of Department of protection of the economy, suppressed the activity of an institution that, contrary to the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine operates in providing services in the field of gambling in Lipovets. During carrying out the authorized search in the premises of the gambling establishment seized the computer's computer equipment with appropriate software which carried out illegal activities. The currently ongoing pre-trial investigation in order to identify and bring to justice all persons involved in the activities of the institution.
