Chernivtsi students and teachers have demonstrated in Kyiv Bukovina products

the Students and faculty of the Chernivtsi trade and economic Institute of KNEU took part in the International forum of food industry and packaging (IFFIP), which annually conducts the all-Ukrainian Association of bakers of Ukraine. This event is the link between suppliers and producers of equipment, packaging, processing companies, food industry enterprises and profile scientific and educational institutions. The forum took place in Kiev in early March and was held the International exhibition "Bakery and confectionery industry-2017" and the all-Ukrainian Competition of bakery and flour confectionery products is "Safe, tasty and healthy". Chernivtsi students who study the specialty "Food technology" Alex Hakman and Vadim Petrik presented a private bakery product "Bukovynian wedding loaf", and senior lecturer of the Department of technology and organization of restaurant business Olga Romanovskaya presented pastries prepared by their own patented recipe – sponge roll "Zakarpattia" and biscuit "Hutsul", were awarded with diplomas i And II degrees, respectively.
