Chernihiv makes for delinquent land tax pay the city
Thanks to consistent and systematic efforts of the city authorities of Chernihiv in the city reduced the arrears in the payment of land tax. In particular, their arrears for the previous few years, and penalties in the city's budget has listed the entity that owns the former company-giant "Chernihiv Khimvolokno". This was stated at a weekly extended meeting of Chernihiv mayor with heads of the structural subdivisions of city Council and other city organizations devoted to the topical issue. As reported at the meeting, Vladislav Atroshenko and confirmed the VA. head of the Chernihiv LIGHTS GU DFS in Chernihiv oblast Yaroslav Kullback, on Friday the city Treasury received from the payer over 5.5 million UAH on account of repayment of debts of previous years land tax. This one payment is more than 3% of all revenues from this tax in the city over the last year. The mayor noted that Chernihiv is a significant entry in the budget of the city. But what is more important is the signal to other debtors: infinitely to evade payment of local taxes will not work. In particular, for the purpose of dealing with non-payment of local taxes including land tax - in the Chernihiv history of calculations will be kept at the address of the debtor to the local government for any permits in respect of the object of taxation. According to Vladislav Atroshenko, the repayment of debt of "Khimvolokno" in front of the city was preceded by his meeting with the leadership of the business structure, which is the owner of the enterprise, and productive negotiations on this issue.
