INCOMES In 2016, the average monthly nominal wage of full-time employees of enterprises, institutions and organizations (with number of employees 10 employees and more) compared to 2015 increased by 21,4% and amounted to UAH 4002. Among the better paid workers were the mining and quarrying, manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products, production of foodstuff, drinks and tobacco products, the scope of information and telecommunications, financial and insurance activities involved in the production of wood products, paper production and printing, supply of electricity, gas, steam and conditioned air, where the accrual 1.7–1.3 times higher than the average in the area. However, the absolute size of wages of employees of enterprises postal and courier activities, manufacture of furniture, other products, repair and installation of machinery and equipment was much lower and did not exceed 57,2% average in the region. The real wage index in 2016 compared to 2015 is 107%. The total amount of arrears of wages for 2016 decreased by 5.3 million (28.1%) and on January 1, 2017, was $ 13.7 million. Identified 37 individuals who committed crimes, including 6 women (16.2 percent). The total number of identified persons who committed crimes, 16.2 per cent have previously been on a criminal path (of which one-third of an unexpunged or outstanding conviction), 21,6% were in a state of alcoholic intoxication. There was a decrease in the production of sausage products – by 7.7%, fresh or chilled cattle meat – by 10.9%, processed liquid milk – 12%, bread and bakery products, short storage – 15.1%, flour – by 16.6%, yoghurts and other fermented or squashing milk and cream – by 21.9%, butter – by 35.8%.
