Chernigov: "Watch Ukraine" determined the winner of the tender for the installation of GPS monitoring system in public transport
Chernihiv city Council held a competition to determine the entity to perform the functions of the organization and traffic management passenger transport in Chernihiv city, which was announced on 22 February. It provides for the determination of the company, which will ensure the establishment of a system of GPS-monitoring of public transport Chernihiv. At the beginning of the meeting, the Deputy mayor Oleksandr Lomako noted that the decision of the Executive Committee, the organizer of the contest determined by the Department of transport and communications of the city Council. Additionally, was approved the competition Procedure and the composition of the tender Committee. Total, the contest received six bids from firms from Zhitomir, Kiev, Chernigov and S. Rivnopillya (Chernigov region, Chernigov R-n). During the meeting, the contest Committee has reviewed the documentation and presentations of the participants, each of whom spoke about the benefits of his proposal. After reviewing the documents, the head of the Department of transport and communications of the city Council Alexander Belsky noted that the tender documents are submitted in full. After detailed discussions, the tender Committee announced its decision. First place went to OOO "Watch Ukraine" from the city of Zhytomyr, the second place – OOO "NPF REGMIK" (p. Rivnopillya).
