In Zhytomyr region for 2 months in 2017, double the number of local co-financing programs of thermal insulation of housing
Thanks to close cooperation between the Saee and local authorities, ongoing dialogue and consultations for the third consecutive year accepted by the local program for more cheaper "warm" loans. In the first two months of 2017 activity of local communities in this matter exceeded all expectations and projections. At the beginning of March, Ukraine has already been taken 234 local programs reduce the cost of soft loans for households and condominiums. It is almost twice more than in the same period last year. In particular, the implementation of 81 program funding has already been allocated from the local budgets in the amount of 83 million. For comparison, during all of 2016, this amounted to 71 million UAH. "It is indicative of the fact that only two months from the beginning of 2017 18.5 thousand families have already received from local budgets for additional reimbursement under the programs "warm" loans. At the same time, for the whole of last year, such compensation received 37.9 thousand families", – said the Chairman of the Saee Serhiy Savchuk. "The pace of adoption of such programmes and the allocation of funding to be a pleasant surprise. This once again indicates the close cooperation of the Saee, the local authorities and bodies of local self-government. Financial assistance to the population on energy efficiency measures advanced from local budgets will help to reduce utility bills, improve living conditions. Expected in 2017, will operate at least 300 local programs, which the Ukrainians will be able to obtain reimbursement of interest or for the "warm" loans," – said the Head of the Agency. Sergey Savchuk explained that the participation of Ukrainian families, in both Government and local programs "warm" loans is a unique opportunity twice and even three times to save the insulation housing. First, thanks to recoveries in both state and local budgets will be able to save considerably when purchasing necessary materials and equipment. Subsequently, after the implemented activities for program participants expect savings on utility bills. Recall that in 2016, was developed and adopted 216 local programs for the reimbursement of part of the population of interest or soft loans. This is 2.7 times more than in 2015. The sum of money envisaged in the local budgets has also increased: in 2015, the implementation of the programs has been allocated 34 million UAH, in 2016 – already 71 million. In 2016, the population and condominiums from local budgets provided 45 million UAH of payment of interest or soft loans. This is 3.2 times more than in 2015.
