Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment and charged 4 persons committing crimes under part 2 of article 28, part 2 of article 204, part 1 of article 388 of the criminal code of Ukraine, which organized the illegal production of excisable group of the goods – alcohol in the amount of 31 000 liters, using employees and equipment to ensure their mass production. His illegal activities "smart businessmen” carried out in one of the villages Orlovskogo district, on the territory of the former yeast plant. During a pretrial investigation on the seized equipment for the production of alcohol-containing liquids, worth over 1.5 million hryvnia (brano battery, consisting of 7 fermentation vats, 2 rozsirenim, 4 draganac, system communications, Zodiak, pumping equipment, industrial columns, defragmeter, condenser, refrigerator, automation systems), and the integral property complex of buildings and constructions a total area of 5126 square meters, valued at nearly 370 thousand hryvnias, at the request of the prosecution, the arrest with the aim of ensuring special confiscation. It should be noted that during the pretrial investigation, with the purpose of avoiding criminal responsibility, the founders of the company made a substitution and concealment of seized property in connection’connection, their actions are also qualified under part 1 of article 388 of the criminal code of Ukraine – that is, illegal actions in respect of property has been seized. Optional: for committing a crime under part 2 of article 204 of the criminal code, sentenced to a fine in the amount of 170 thousand UAH, and the crimes under part 1 of article 388 of the criminal code of Ukraine - correctional labour or restraint of liberty for a term up to two years.
