This is against the backdrop of the political speculation of the type "All is lost!" In fact, we are now at a very important stage of development, the change of the strategy of formation of incomes of citizens, is a powerful blow to the toning of income, is the increase of social standards for the majority of our people. Any variety of speculation, nor the hype around closure Popov has not suspended the process. Judge for yourself: in 2016, our region was registered more than 30 thousand business entities. With this purpose, the system of centers providing administrative services, through which citizens solve their most pressing problems. And whether it was possible to represent the registration of residence without a visit to the police station or the police? this procedure is easy to implement in rural or urban councils, who are delegated the appropriate authority. This is a brand new, radical system of government reorganization, which also gives you the opportunity to participate in this process, the young, knowledgeable and enterprising people. The financial transfer of power took place is not easy. But we have passed this way, although some officials from the authority were not happy. Some were easier to sit in a warm chair, not to burden themselves with solving problems and traditionally put the blame for troubles on the highest branch. However, time puts everything in its place, and the consciousness of the citizens changed significantly. Fewer and fewer of those who only observes the processes in the country, adhering to the principle "My business".
