A citizen of Belarus convicted for the crimes in Ukraine of theft
Starovyzhevsky division Kovel local Prosecutor's office supported the public prosecution in the criminal proceedings against the 35-year-old citizen of the Republic of Belarus. Starovyzhivs'kyi district court found a man who sincerely repented and partially reimbursed the victim caused by their actions, harm, guilty of committing criminal offenses under part 3. 15 part 3 of article 185, part 3 of article 185 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and appointed him a sentence of 4 years 6 months imprisonment.
