In the Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office on protection of property interests of the state
Nemirovsky local Prosecutor's office identified and appealed to the court of appeal of Vinnytsia region the illegal decision of the local court on the transfer of the individual in the property – the waterworks, which is located in Cusco village Council of Nemirov district and was in state ownership. The issuance of the appealed court decision is actually the interference in the activities of local self-government body authorised to decide only on the lease and not the property of the mentioned real estate property.
