Video contest on energy conservation from the EU delegation in Ukraine The EU mission announces the acceptance of works for competition in the annual project "the EU: the choice of the young generation". The best videos will be awarded with special prizes and diplomas from the EU delegation in Ukraine, and each participant will receive a souvenir. This year, the Mission proposes to focus on energy efficiency and its importance in everyday life of the Ukrainians and for the welfare of the whole country. Works are accepted in two categories: professionals (those that have education and professional experience in the field of video production) and fans. Video requirements: • Last less than 3 minutes; • Be original and not use someone else's intellectual property; • Match the theme of energy saving and/or European integration of Ukraine Reception of works will last till may 23. III Scholarship program for University Kyiv initiative group of Alpbah announces III Scholarship program for internally displaced persons. deadline - March 31, 2017 This annual scholarship program, which is carried out with the aim of providing unique opportunities for youth to participate in the oldest European forum the European Forum Alpbach, which takes place from 16 August to 1 September 2017 in the picturesque village of Alpbach, Austria. Participants in the Scholarship program must meet the following criteria: * citizens of Ukraine; * students 1-6 courses, alumni, researchers, graduate students, young professionals, representatives of public organizations, who are internally displaced persons from Donetsk, Luhansk oblasts, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol, or still reside in these areas; * persons at the age from 18 to 30 years inclusive; * persons who speak English, the level of which must be at least B1 (intermediate level). Knowledge of German or another language of a member country of the European Union can be considered an advantage but is not mandatory. Participation in the Competition is open to only individuals who had never participated in the program FA. All-Ukrainian competition "the Incredible villages of Ukraine 2017" Starts the II all-Ukrainian competition "the Incredible villages of Ukraine 2017", which is initiated by an online resource AgroPortal.ua and the Association "Ukrainian club of agrarian business" (ASTP). The project aims to contribute to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in rural areas, as well as to remind about the historical and cultural heritage of the Ukrainian village.
