Ternopil region took the fourth place in Ukraine by number of established new companies – 9. A study was conducted by specialists of the center of public monitoring and control. Only in 2015 in Ukraine there were 107 new industrial enterprises. This was announced by the Chairman of regional state administration Stepan Barna during a round table meeting on the issues of liberal discussion of the draft Tax code of Ukraine. "In the past year, the real economy of the region invested nearly 3 billion hryvnia. This was achieved thanks to liberal tax basis, which is laid down not only legislation, but also the attitude of state authorities and local self-government. Indeed, in the framework of decentralization, the taxes remain in place and local authorities help to maximize business development", - said Stepan Barna. The head of the region emphasized, liberal taxation can relate only to the business which works honestly, pays taxes and creates jobs. "My position - those who will avoid it, should bear the responsibility. Such things are unacceptable for our region. But neither the entrepreneur, who works in the territory, can not say that he was prevented employees of the Executive authorities or local self-government. We have completely eliminated any tax burden, harassment by regulatory bodies for business. But we have established a bilateral dialogue", - said Stepan Barna.
