Yesterday, March 13, at the press center of the Department of information activities and public relations of the regional state administration held a working meeting of the initiative group on preparation and holding of the constituent Assembly for formation of new structure of Public Council at regional state administration. Recall that the Public Council is an Advisory body under the Vinnytsia regional state administration, which was created according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 3 November 2010 ¹ 996 "On ensuring public participation in formation and realization of state policy" and orders of the Chairman of regional state administration from March 11, 2015, ¹ 152 "On approval of the composition of the public Council at the regional state administration" with the aim of providing their proposals to the Executive authorities for the decision of socially significant issues in the region. Over the last cadence, the members of the Council at its meetings considered current issues related to pension reform, the simplification of the registration procedure of civil society institutions, national-Patriotic education of the younger generation of Ukrainians, the adoption of the regional budget in 2017 and the like. Also, the Public are happy conducted ongoing work to solve pressing problems and meet the needs of the participants of the antiterrorist operation on the territory temporarily occupied Donetsk and Lugansk regions and members of their families. You can say that the work of the Public Council at the regional state administration testifies to the growing role of civil society institutions in the country, their quality changes for the development of civil society in General, as well as establishing sustainable dialogue between public organizations and authorities.
