Vinnytsya region held a competitive selection of investment projects to be financed from the State Fund of regional development in 2017ðîö³ (photo)
In the state administration under the chairmanship of the first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko held a meeting of the regional Commission for the assessment and provision of competitive selection of investment programs and regional development projects that can be implemented at the expense of State regional development Fund in 2017. In accordance with the requirements, the meeting was broadcast online on the official website of the regional state administration. Opening the meeting, Andrey Guico said : "the Bid for 2017 was submitted until the end of may 2016, has been extended for submission of projects for participation in the selection was not until November last year, however, the Commission's decision, we accept applications until February 13, 2017. So today for funding from the State Fund of regional development submitted 200 applications for a total amount of almost UAH 1 bn. They are all available on the official website DFRR, and only we can consider. Therefore, the procedure is public and transparent. In article 24 of the budget code of Ukraine clearly defined priorities for funding from DMR. In particular, it is specified that at least 10% of the amount of competition should go to the energy saving in the field of medicine, not less than 10% on energy saving in the field of education, 10% for the development of sports facilities, 10% in companies related to the provision of administrative services". Overall, according to Andrew Gyzhko, Vinnytsia region for 2017 is allocated 172 million UAH. The Chairman of the Commission before the selection was announced by clear assessment criteria, including: - influence on the development of a community or region; - the degree of influence on the solution of the problem; - innovation; - socio-economic focus of the project. Andrew Gyzhko said that must find the support for "transitional projects" – those that began in the past, or the year before and require funding to complete. Such unfinished projects in the region, there are 13. "They actually go out of the competition, so I have to support these projects in the first place, because the State Fund can provide funding only for three years. Given this, we can break the funding of expensive projects into several stages". After summing up the work of the competition Commission, the ranking of projects will be announced additionally.
