In the Rivne region with the claims of the Prosecutor's office stopped illegal rental of forest lands value of 22.3 million UAH
Claims of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region 13.03.2017 economic court of Rivne region declared invalid and granted a lease of forest land with an area of 713 hectares with a value of 22.3 million UAH, located on the territory of Dubensky district. In particular, the prosecution proved that the rental agreement, which was signed between the regional state administration and one of the agricultural production cooperatives, contrary to the requirements of a number of Laws of Ukraine, since at its conclusion were not held normative monetary evaluation of land. These violations of the law led to a significant shortfall of funds in the budget. Due to the fact that measures to protect the interests of the state authorities were not accepted, responded to these violations, only to learn about them, the prosecutors of Rivne region.
