From the city budget for 2016 was paid 10 scholarships of the mayor in the amount of 180 thousand UAH leading athletes of the city. In 2016 the city of Lutsk held a leading position in high performance sport on the basis of participation of athletes in international and national competitions. Sports organizations ensure the proper preparation of sportsmen of high class. In summary, it is safe to say that sports organizations and athletes of the city in 2016, was at the forefront in competitions of different levels and once again held the palm of the cities of regional subordination.
