134 private notary public Corporation received protected media private keys
About this informed the head of the Department of Notariat of the Main territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region Tatyana Gunko during a press conference. She also reported on Act No. 1666-VIII from 06 October 2016 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improvement of state registration of rights to immovable property and protection of property rights", which amends the Law of Ukraine "On electronic digital signature", which provides for the exclusive use of the protected media key information. The peculiarity of the protected media key information is that the private key under any circumstances do not leave memory devices such media. The key is directly generated in a secure medium and stored there. This law was adopted to prevent offences in the sphere of activities of state register of rights to immovable property, preventing fraudulent actions during Unified and State registries and the improvement of the overall level of cybersecurity of the state. In addition, Tatiana Gunko said that as of March 14, 2017 134 private notaries in Vinnytsia region received protected media private keys. Only in the region carry out private notarial activities of notaries 142. In Vinnytsia region there are 32 public notary and the regional state notarial archive which consists of 47 public notaries. The main territorial Department of justice in the Vinnitsa region provided all public notaries protected native private keys "Almaz – 1". The main territorial Department of justice in the Vinnitsa region to fulfil its powers provided 18 protected native private keys.
