The Ministry of justice of Ukraine implements reforms in the sphere of state registration and notary: marriage for a day and the results of the birth certificate of the child in the maternity hospital (photo)
15 March 2017 at the press center of the Department of information activities and communications with the public RSA representatives of the Main territorial administration of justice in Vinnitsa region held a press conference for local media regarding reforms implemented by the Ministry of justice of Ukraine in the sphere of state registration and notary services. In the course a press-conferences the head of Department of the state registration of civic groups and the print media Department of the state registration GTUU in Vinnytsia region Alina Rohou coverage of the issue state registration of amendments to information, public associations, including changes to the relevant statutory documents. Special attention was paid to ensuring that the statutes of public associations with the requirements of the Tax code of Ukraine and law of Ukraine "On public associations". Head of division of state registration of acts of civil status Department of the state registration of the Chief of territorial administration of justice in the Vinnitsa region Alyona Efimenko has highlighted a number of pilot projects in the sphere of state registration of acts of civil status, the Ministry of justice of Ukraine to simplify the access of citizens to administrative services, including: issuance of birth certificate of the child directly to maternity; the web portal "Circulation in the field DRESS"; "Marriage for a day"; e-service of apostille. The purpose of these pilot projects according to the speakers will be the optimization of the procedure of application in the sphere of state registration of acts of civil status, prevention of corruption, availability of administrative services and the creation of favourable conditions for the provision of administrative services. As of today, the pilot project of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine regarding the adoption by employees of the Department DRACS of documents required for state registration of birth and issue birth certificates directly to the hospital, introduced in all maternity hospitals in Vinnytsia region.
