In the Vinnytsia region Prosecutor's office insists on the return to the state nearly 10 hectares of land worth 2.5 million hryvnias
the Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region, with the aim of establishing the existence of grounds for representation of state interests in court, examined the status of observance of land legislation. It is established that one was in the winery open joint-stock companies which produce brick the raw materials and the produced bricks, more than 3 years not fulfill obligations’commitments to pay rent according to lease contract of the land plot on the territory of the Vinnytsya district with an area of 9.8 hectares and owes more than 230 thousand hryvnias rent. The Prosecutor's office submitted the claim to economic court of Vinnitsa region for termination of the land lease agreement and the return of Vinnytsia regional state administration the land area of 9.8 hectares worth 2.5 million hryvnias.
