Ternopil city Council signed a Memorandum of cooperation with the "Guild of engineers of technical supervision"

a Memorandum on cooperation between the Ternopil city Council and all-Ukrainian public organization “Guild of engineers on technical supervision of the construction of’architecture" signed on 16 March. This public organization has more than 4,500 employees who monitor the quality assurance of construction works and in 2015 received delegated authority to approve of technical supervision engineers in Ukraine. “Ternopil, and other cities, the powers of the State architectural and construction control. The purpose of this Memorandum is effective collaboration to obtain positive result in the exercise of authority in the field of architectural-construction control and the promotion of professional activity of engineers of technical supervision for about’objects of construction, it is a tool for joint action to achieve the quality of construction work in the city», - says the Vice-President «Guild of engineers on technical supervision of the construction of’architecture» Oleg Spitsky. The head of Ternopol Sergey Nadal congratulated the Guild members in Ternopil and noted that “Guild of engineers on technical supervision for construction of’architecture" can be a worthy example for representatives of other spheres, because this organization was created by experts. “Building is one of those industries that are most developed in the city and the functions of state architectural-building control – it is, above all, human security, integration with existing networks and environment is compliance with all rules and regulations of the building law, - says mayor Sergei Nadal.
