The list of documents required for obtaining credit: * statement addressed to the head of Executive body of Fund concerning the granting of credit (sample); * petition local government on the granting of the loan; * passport of citizen of Ukraine and a copy of the tax identification number; * certificate of family composition; * documents required to determine the level of solvency of the borrower (information about income of the borrower and members of his family received in the previous 12 months) or the Declaration of a natural person-entrepreneur (for 4 quarters); * certificate issued by the body carrying out state registration of rights to real estate on the presence (or absence) of private housing; * a copy of the document confirming the right of ownership or use of land (except in cases of acquisition of property); * copy of design documentation or construction certificate, the manufacturing cost of which can enter the loan amount (except for the acquisition or renovation of housing); * certificate of employment in the enterprise, institution and organization; * a statement by the owner of the property or object of unfinished housing construction on the agreement to sell it with an indication agreed with the individual developer price and other essential conditions of the contract of purchase and sale (in the case of acquisition of property); * copy of an extract from the decision of the village and/or township Council about the allotment of land and granting of planning permission (except in cases of acquisition, housing reconstruction or construction of engineering networks); * the application of WGA on the loan; * copy of the certificate on single tax payment (for individuals-entrepreneurs); * the consent of family members for a loan and property performance of obligations; * agreement on the opening of current accounts of physical persons in the Bank.
