"When recruiting for the new academic year must form a regional order under the new Order, and consider which occupations are in demand, and what do you want to exclude. Every graduate needs to have their first job," said Olga Lipovetsky. Under the new Order of formation of regional order should be taken into account the demand and supply of labor in the labor market area; the number of graduates who can't find work; the training needs of workers, considering the needs of new enterprises, including foreign investment. She also added that it is necessary to upgrade training facilities in vocational and technical institutions of the region. "We need to be updated each year so that our children have the opportunity to use modern equipment," – said Olga Lipovetsky. In addition, managers of vocational educational institutions presented the activities of the working group on optimization of the vocational school.
