Transcarpathian police stopped the scooter,who sat behind the wheel in an alcohol intoxication
the Staff of rapid response unit stopped the driver of a scooter for dangerous maneuvers that could lead to accidents. In addition, the police determined that 21-year-old man who was driving the vehicle, was p’wooden March 1 around midnight, the staff of the rapid response team Irshavsky police stopped in the street of the district the driver of a scooter who was driving, creating an emergency situation. Driving the vehicle was 21-year-old resident of Imstychovo village, Irshava district. The driver was in a state of alcoholic SP's intoxication, but from osvidetelstvovanie refused. In the presence of witnesses, the driver was made the administrative Protocol for the management of the vehicle in a condition of alcoholic SP’intoxication (article 130 of the code of Ukraine on administrative offences).
