Vinnytsya region since the beginning of the year paid almost 4.5 million monthly targeted assistance for displaced citizens
According to the Department of social and youth policy of regional administration, from March 2014 to March 2017 in the region came 10960 families (18813 people) displaced citizens, including: 663 families (1467 people) of Crimea and Sevastopol and 10297 families (17346) of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions. As 15.03.2017 year, in a population of 7929 families (12203 persons) displaced citizens who are officially registered in the Unified database of displaced citizens, including: 378 families (749 persons) from Crimea and 7551 family (11454 person ) from the East. They all settled in homes of 27 districts and 6 cities of regional importance, including: 3 families (14 people) - in Vinnitsa, vul. G. Seleccao, families (133 people) in a dormitory of Boating, Kalinowski district, 10 families (16 people) in seconds. Zabolotne, Kryzhopil district,8 families (11 people) - the hotel for a temporary stay of athletes at the competition M. Zhmerynka . The receipt of social benefits and pensions appealed 7540 people , of which 7244 persons are paid. Social security agencies as of 17.03.2017 G. posted 10193 family (14501 person), who moved to Vinnytsia region, according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 ¹ 509 "On account of the persons who move temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and districts of the antiterrorist operation". For the purpose of a monthly targeted assistance turned 18465 families (first turned 7556 families for the next six months – 10909 families), of them, 17554 families the assistance was appointed and paid in the amount of 121,2 million UAH.(amount of funds disbursed since the beginning of the year amounts to 4.4 million UAH.), according to the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 1, 2014 No. 505 "On providing monthly targeted assistance to persons who move temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and districts of the antiterrorist operation and of the settlements located along the frontline, to cover living expenses, including housing and communal services". The bodies of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region for transfer of payment of pensions at the place of temporary stay turned 6113 people, including 155 people from the Crimea, 4050 people from Donetsk region and 1908 the man from Luhansk region. The number of persons who have taken on the account in territorial divisions GUPTO in Vinnytsia region is 106 people of Crimea, 3884 persons from the Donetsk region (120 soldiers) and 1847 the people with the Lugansk region (of which 84 people – soldiers). Currently the pension is paid 5731 person from the Eastern region and 106 persons with ARC. With 2558 displaced children: 302 organized education in pre-school educational institutions, 743 student studying in the UNIVERSITIES of i-IV levels of accreditation 45 study in vocational institutions, 839 student who temporarily come and live in the region (families relatives) organized by the school educational process, including at the place of compact residence. Organized medical service 1600 persons. With 6261 able-bodied persons to employment centers of the region appealed 1702 inhabitants, of whom: 639 – employed, 2564 – appointed Dole and received the status of unemployed person. The bodies of the migration service region appealed 842 persons for providing various types of administrative services, of which 111 persons recovered documents, 374 persons decorated of passports of the citizen of Ukraine. Only the Registry housing for temporary accommodation of displaced persons in Vinnytsia region was 3 objects private rooms to 11 people. All objects passed sanitary-epidemiological examination.
