Pension reform in Ukraine: learning from the European experience and solutions to problematic issues (photo)
At the Vinnytsia regional universal scientific library im. K. A. Timiryazeva 16 March 2017 held a round table "Pension reform in Ukraine: European experience" with the participation of scientists of Donetsk national University named after Vasyl Stus, the representatives of the legislative and Executive branches of government, public organizations, lawyers. During the meeting issues of the current state pension system in Ukraine have been widely covered in the Deputy chief of head Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Vinnytsia region Larisa wild. On the importance of reforming the pension system of Ukraine said the Deputy chief physician for organizational and methodical work of the city diagnostic and treatment center of Vinnitsa Peter Grankowski. The European experience of reforming the pension system has illuminated the Chairman of the Vinnytsia regional organization of Union of lawyers of Ukraine, candidate of legal Sciences Alexey Gonchar. Also in the discussion took part: candidate of legal Sciences, associate Professor of Department of constitutional, international and criminal law, associate Professor of Donetsk national University named after Vasyl Stus Irina Schebetun; PhD in law, Donetsk national University named after Vasyl Stus Ella Pisarev; leading specialist of the Department of systematization of legislation, legal work and legal education of the Main territorial Department of justice Anastasia Malinowska; private entrepreneur Alexander Zahra. Separately discussed ways of solution of such problems as de-shadowing of wages and income, the necessity of introduction of obligatory accumulative system, the establishment of system of private pension insurance. In this regard, the importance of analysing the European experience of reforming the pension system and determine the next steps for the reform of the pension system in Ukraine is an important stage of development of our country.
