In Vinnytsia began bimonthly for improvement: work is underway on improvement of territories of settlements, roadsides, recreational areas and the like. Has become a tradition attracting unemployed people to perform such operations. As reported, Vinnytsia otsz, during January – February 2017 in social and other work of a temporary nature took part 933 of the unemployed who performed work on the improvement of human settlements, informed the public about the procedure for obtaining housing subsidies and has been submitted by the population documents. Public works on an accomplishment of territories with the participation of the unemployed are co-financing from local budgets and the Fund of obligatory state social insurance of Ukraine against unemployment. So, financing such works in the Vinnytsia oblast employment service in 2017 provided 2314,5 thousand UAH. the Fund, of which as of 15.03.2017 years already used 157,0 thousand UAH. "Since the beginning of March we started active work on conclusion of contracts for carrying out works in the framework of the annual campaigns for cleaning of settlements, putting in order of memorials, cemeteries, roadsides, and cleaning rights of way of public roads outside settlements. Persons who registered in the employment centers of the region, readily attached to such works, because you get the opportunity to have temporary income. Subject to the interest of local governments concluded contracts for execution of such works, has already signed contracts with 82 local communities," – says the Deputy Director of Vinnitsa regional center of employment Vyacheslav Gavrilyuk. For financing such works used 1.9 million UAH. funds from local budgets and UAH 1.7 million. from the Fund.
