At the beginning of the action, the clergy served a panikhida for the souls of the fallen fighters for Ukraine's independence. The event gathered ternopolyan, guests, government officials and clergy. The ceremony was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Ternopil regional state administration Yuriy Eureka. "One hundred years ago formed a Central Council, which decided on the establishment of Ukrainian people's Republic and proclaimed its independence. Great value Central Council has provided Ukrainian language in all spheres of life, as native without language there can be no real independence. The Central Rada and brought to people the idea of Ukrainian national revival and United all Ukrainians in a single driving force.
