In Chernivtsi budget of almost 20 million retail excise
Within two months of this year, revenues from retail trade in excise goods enriched the budget basket of Chernivtsi 19.2 mln. what 202,8 thousand UAH. higher than last year. According to the Law of Ukraine from 20.12.2016 No. 1791-VIII from 1 January 2017 from 01.01.2017 year repealed the excise tax for retail distributors of fuel and, accordingly, the rate for retail sales of fuel. However, the increased excise tax on fuel – 12-44%, depending on its kind (Law No. 1791-VIII). In addition, from 1 January 2017 reporting forms ¹¹1-RA 1-RT repealed (Act No. 1791-VIII). Also the entrepreneurs will not be applied penalties for failure or late submission of the report or the submission of false information reporting on forms No. 1-RA 1-RT from the date of the obligation concerning the submission of such report. Chernivtsi LIGHTS recalls: retail trade of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products may be conducted by economic entities of all ownership forms, including their manufacturers, only if they have licenses. Recall that since the beginning of this year Chernivtsi drivers no longer pay the cost of fuel excise tax on retail sale of excisable goods at the rate of 5%. But, to compensate the budgets of the funds from the cancelled collection, there was an increase in rates, "normal" excise tax on fuel.
