Chernivtsi: On the issue of registration of residence newborn baby
resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 207 of 02.03.2016 year approved the Rules of registration of place of residence (hereinafter the Rules) and the order of transmission of information in the Unified state demographic registry. According to paragraph 3 of the Rules of registration/de-registration of residence/stay is the Executive body of village, settlement or city Council, village Chairman (in the case when, in accordance with the law, the Executive body of the village Council is not established) (further – body of registration) on the territory of corresponding administrative-territorial unit, to which the powers of the respective village, settlement or city Council. Paragraph 5 of the Rules provides that the parents or other legal representatives are obliged to register the place of residence of a newborn child within three months from the date of state registration of his birth. 6. If the person cannot apply to the registration authority, the registration may be carried out according to the address of the legal representative or representative under a power of attorney certified in the manner prescribed by law (hereinafter – the representative). 7. Registration of residence is only one address. If the person resides in two or more places, it shall register the place of residence for one of the email addresses of your choice. At the registered place of residence with a person being the official correspondence and delivery for official correspondence. 8. Documents for registration/de-registration of residence/stay of the person are submitted to the registration authority (including through the center of administrative services) subject to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On administrative services". At the request of the parents or one of them the documents for registration of the place of residence of the newborn child can be served through the bodies of state registration of acts of civil status at the time of state registration of child born. Registration of the place of residence of a newborn baby can also be carried out through the bodies of social protection of the population based on the data noted legal representative, with whom the child resides, application for the granting of aid at the birth of the child. According to paragraph 20 of the Regulations in case of submission of documents necessary for registration of the place of residence of the newborn child, through the bodies of state registration of acts of civil status authorized employee verifies the identity of the identity document of the parents (adoptive fathers) or other lawful representatives of the child and the document, confirming powers of the person as the legal representative, the person who granted it, the authenticity, the correctness of the statement on registration of place of residence, the documents required for registration of a place of residence of the child, as it is noted in the statement. Therefore, parents or other legal representatives, have the opportunity to choose the variant of registration of a newborn child, which for them is better and more comfortable.
