During a RAID in Chernivtsi examined the basements and attics of housing where there is a high probability of outbreaks
due To the large number of fires caused by burning dry grass and debris by the inhabitants of Chernivtsi, as well as to prevent death of people in fires and minimise the negative impact in the residential sector, have been established RAID group. Their composition includes employees of the Chernivtsi city Department UDSNS Ukraine in Chernivtsi region, local authorities, social services, housing and communal services. During these raids, special attention is given to single people, elderly citizens and the disabled. So, on March 21-22, RAID groups worked in the Shevchenko district of Chernivtsi together with employees of CEREP-14. Local residents are reminded about the prohibition of burning dry grass and fire safety rules that must be followed in the home, handed the cards. Due attention was paid to fire-prevention condition of the basements and attics of housing where there is a high probability of outbreaks. RAID groups will work in the future. These events are very important, because thanks to this it is possible to prevent the occurrence of fires and, consequently, to reduce material losses and, most importantly, to save human life.
