Members of the Commission decided to appeal to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on urgent consideration of the issue of holding the elections of the mayor of Lutsk
At meeting of the constant Commission of city Council concerning planning of socio-economic development, budget and Finance deputies Pavlo danilchuk, Bogdan Bogonos, Sergei, was, Nicholas Gender, Alexander Kravchenko, Andrei Pokrovsky, Grigory Pustovit, Boris smal discussed and supported the issue of amendments to the decision of the city Council of 29.02.2012 No. 21/32 "On the settlement of lease of immovable property of the territorial community of Lutsk" and on giving consent to the adoption of the city's communal property, plant and equipment (fence metal, fence metal (mesh), metal gate, metal gate) of which reported Grabko Alla Vladimirovna, head of Department for property management of city municipal property. Also considered a letter from Lutsk United state tax Inspectorate GU DFS in Volyn region to develop common positions to improve the property tax and updating the real estate subject to taxation. The Commission members heard a report on the work of hall "LZFSN "Sport for all" for 2016 Director of KZ Natalia Nazaruk. She reported that municipal establishment "Lutsk city center physical health "Sport for all" of Lutsk city Council has provided sports services, which include the organization and conduct of sports and recreational activities (events) aimed at the development of physical culture in its tracks, namely, to ensure the motor activity of the population with a view to their harmonious physical development and healthy lifestyle. Given the interests of various strata of the population of the city of Lutsk, in 8 the premises KZ "LZFSN "Sport for all" at the place of residence with the assistance of experienced professionals organized 32 health & fitness and sports groups, which involved 708 people of all ages. All kinds of fitness and sports activities in the hall "LZFSN "Sport for all" in 2016 reached more than 24.5 thousand people. According to the calendar plan of sports events during the year, the city held a 422 events. In July, for means of the local budget (80 thousand UAH) organized work on the rest of the children in the camp day-which conducted 4-day camps for 80 children of preferential categories at the camp on lake Svityaz. Worked with individuals and children with special needs. Organized the table tennis competitions, chess, draughts, also they had been invited to participate in the Olympic day run, malaprabha. An important event in 2016 was the organization and holding the sports part of the Special Olympics of Ukraine for children with special needs in the city of Lutsk. KZ "LZFSN "Sport for all" in 2016, took first place in the regional competition among local centers, "Sport for all" with fizkulturno-improving and sports-mass work at the place of residence and recreation. In addition, the facility marked Volyn regional center "Sport for all" in the category "Best carrying out fizkulturno-improving and sports-mass actions in places of recreation and residence of the population." In addition, the Center for the end of 2016 received an award from National Olympic Committee of Ukraine for significant contribution to the promotion of the Olympic movement in Volhynia, an exemplary organization fizkulturno-improving and sports-mass actions in the places of residence and recreation for the all-Ukrainian program "the Olympic summer" and awarded the Cup for holding the all-Ukrainian month of "Sport for all – a common concern". Parliamentary Commission acknowledged the work of the enterprise "Lutsk city center physical health "Sport for all" satisfactory. The Committee members actively discussed the proposed Andrei Pokrovsky the appeal of the Lutsk city Council to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on urgent consideration of the issue of holding the elections of the mayor of Lutsk. All the Committee members in their speeches stressed the importance and urgency of Treatment. They decided from the Commission to submit for consideration of session of city Council the question by changing the text Handling so that it is most consistent with the interests of society.
