Lutsky joint management of the Pension Fund has no intention to transfer to DOE No. 25 fixed assets,the dismantling of which is impractical

The head of Department of management of property of city municipal property Alla Grabko explained that according to the Provisions on rent of property of the territorial community of the city of Lutsk, approved by the decision of the city Council of 29.02.2012 No. 21/ 32, public utility company “Lutskteplo” is obliged to list in the city budget 70% of the funds received from the lease of non-residential premises of the city municipal property. Through a critical shortage of working capital the company has not been able to fully meet its obligations. The means of the enterprise was renovated non-residential premises on the prospect of Unification, 11 and accounted for on balance of GKP “Lutskteplo” for further lease on favorable terms to public organizations. Given the treatment of GKP “Lutskteplo” and taking into account the actual financial condition of the company, implementation of priority obligations to creditors, as well as numerous complaints from tenants in improper condition of internal engineering networks and common areas in non-residential buildings, balansoderzhatelem which is SCE “Lutskteplo”, Department of management of property of city municipal property has been prepared the draft decision of the city Council that provides for the deferral of the transfer of funds received from the lease of non-residential premises of the city municipal property, up to 31.12.2018. These funds are needed KP “Lutskteplo” to ensure proper conditions of use of the leased premises. The Commission also supported and recommended for adoption at the session of city Council the draft decision On granting consent to the adoption in city municipal property, plant and equipment (fence metal, fence metal (mesh), metal gate, metal gate). According to Alla Grabko, Lutsk joint management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine appealed to the town Council with a request to accept in city municipal property fixed assets (fence metal, fence metal (mesh), metal gate, metal gate), being on balance of the enterprises and their removal is impractical. All fencing is suitable for further use and exploited children's garden, improvements or upgrades do not need. The above-mentioned core funds remain from the operation of the Pension Fund in the premises of the KINDERGARTEN ¹ 25 on the street.
