Y. which his deliberate actions made a public desecration of the national Flag of Ukraine, that is a crime under part 1 of article 338 of the criminal code. Currently, the above production is pending in court. In the criminal proceedings was carried out by special pre-trial investigation in the manner prescribed by part 1 of article 297-1 code of criminal procedure, which brought in eRDR on suspicion 42-year-old citizen of Ukraine Curlovich Vladislav Yuryevich in the Commission's public calls for intentional acts committed for the purpose of modifying the boundaries of the territory or state border of Ukraine in violation of the order established by the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as distribution of materials with appeals to Commission of such actions committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons United with inciting national hatred and public abuse of the State Flag of Ukraine, that is, crimes under part 1, article 338, part 2 of article 110 of the criminal code of Ukraine. In particular, it has condemned in 2015 Vladislav Curlovich, speaking on behalf of the command of the so-called “the Ruthenian people's Army”, urged to join its ranks for the liberation of the Transcarpathian region. We are talking about video on the social network Facebook under the name “Treatment of the Ruthenian people's Army to Rusyns and Rusyn activists”, which was posted on his page a citizen, that in 2015, was sentenced to three years imprisonment for public calls for violent change and overthrow of the constitutional order and the seizure of state power, as well as distribution of materials with appeals to Commission of such actions. Then in court he pleaded guilty and promised not to commit such actions. But the man continued his criminal actions and speaking on behalf of the command of the so-called “the Ruthenian people's Army”, urged to join its ranks for the liberation of the Transcarpathian region. Law enforcement authorities established that 2014 was a fugitive from justice in Slovakia, where in 2016, moved to Russia. There, feeling "security", Solovic on its own page on the social network, began to distribute materials with appeals to office of the Transcarpathian region from Ukraine. Separatist, on behalf of the so-called "the Ruthenian people's army" has also circulated on the Internet video public desecration of the national Flag of Ukraine. The attacker was reported about suspicion in Commission of crime under part 2 article 110 and part 1 of article 338 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and declared by the court missing. Now a court will decide his fate, and the sanctions of articles prescribe punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from n’five to ten years with confiscation of property or without it.
