Vinnichchina received more than 670 million hryvnias of subventions from the state budget to local budgets for granting benefits and housing subsidies
According to the Department of Finance of the regional state administration, as of 17.03.17 year in the budget in Vinnytsia region received a subvention from the state budget to local budgets for granting benefits and housing subsidies to population for payment of electricity, natural gas, services of heat and water supply and sanitation, rent, removal of household garbage and liquid sewage in the total amount 670,2 million UAH. Provision of benefits and housing subsidies to population for purchasing solid and liquid household furnace fuel and liquefied gas for a total amount of 19.8 mln. For the payment of assistance to families with children, poor families, disabled from childhood, disabled children, temporary state assistance to children and help care for the disabled of group i or II due to mental disorder, totaling 518,7 million UAH. and for the payment of the state social help on children-orphans and children deprived of parental care, cash security to parents-caregivers and adoptive parents for providing social services in orphanages of family type and foster homes by the principle "money follows the child", and payment of fees on the exercise of the patronage of the child and payment of social benefits for the child in the family foster carer for a total amount of 7.7 million UAH.
